What does your company do?
I’m a learning coach. I help medical doctors pass an exam for them to get into residency training in Colombia and Peru. Basically the key reason why people would come to me over studying on their own is because information is everywhere, everyone can get medical knowledge whenever and wherever they are, but they don’t know how to use it. They don’t know how to retain that information. So I help them with memory retention and help them improve their exam scores.
Where were you before Scaling With Systems?
One of the issues previously was that I didn’t have the tracking sheers and the confidence in order to be able to scale my business. I wasn’t afraid to spend money but I didn’t know what to spend it on. I was basically making decisions blindly.
How did you find Scaling With Systems, and what made you decide to work with us?
I have always been kind of a systems guy and I know you’re a systems guy, so I identified with that but also didn’t know how to apply that thing to my business. I studied economics and law in college so I was familiar with tracking and data, but didn’t know how to manage that or put that into my business. I loved the way you had everything systemized for your business and for the way you started teaching everything. I actually started consuming your Show Up Secrets first.
What did you immediately recognize that needed fixing inside your business?
The main thing was really the tracking and the systems. Now we have this beautiful tracking system where we’re able to see everything we need to. One bottleneck is that I wasn’t spending enough everyday on ads. We made a column in the sheet for our average ad spend a day so we can make sure we’re hitting these numbers.
What were some big wins that occurred inside your business once we identified these problems?
Something else that really helped us is that some people are trying to copy us, and then when you started speaking about branding yourself and separating yourself with the unique mechanism, I tried that and now my company is called Data Integration Systems, now I use that same message within my students. I now know that having these principles not only serves myself and my team, but my clients too so it’s really amazing.
Your team has helped me to be able to scale my delivery and actually feel confident that I can raise my ad spend, that I can serve more people.
What are some “Before & After” results in tangible metrics you experienced in your business from working with us?
In terms of tracking my acquisition in the past I was kind of blind, but now I have a system to see exactly how many closes I’ve made, like for example I made 5 closes today and 3 closes yesterday.
In the past 3 months we’ve been averaging a 12x ROAS, with a 9.5x last month.
What would you say to someone considering working with Scaling With Systems?
You’re missing out. That’s the thing I would say, like even on your free content, every single piece you share is really valuable. People just lack action in general and of course when you pay, you pay more attention, so that’s a key component to it.
